Training and Development at slca

We have a strong commitment to staff training and professional development, including:

Weekly in-house training presented by staff
Group interactive participation in ICAA monthly on-line training sessions on tax and other topics
External seminars, forums and conferences with the ICAA, TIA, ASFA, SPAA, CSA and others
Our annual staff retreat focuses on personal and professional development such as communication skills, negotiation experience, team building, leadership skills and understanding Gen X and Y. Recent staff retreats included team sailing on the maxi Ragamuffin in the Whitsundays, hot air ballooning in the Barossa Valley and a trip to Cable Beach in Broome.
